This location across the street from J Selby's has not been approved by the owner yet.  I'll keep you posted on availability.  It is open for business from 7am - 4pm on 11/10.  I thought this may provide an option for the "home office" scene.  The fiirst 9 images below show a separated space (teal curtian) that may be available while the coffee shop is open.
